This service has been absolutely amazing, and I’m crushed to have to cancel as I’m moving out of state. It was on time every single week, easy to customize, and on the rare occasions when there were missing items or issues with quality, it was easy to note and I was not charged for those items. No questions asked.
The quality of the produce was consistently excellent, and I loved that I was introduced to things I never would have tried (kiwi berries are a thing, and they’re awesome.)
I’ve called a couple of times for different questions, this last time to unfortunately cancel. I have been nothing but happy with this service and highly recommend.

I’ve been ordering from Full Circle for over a year. Good produce and well worth it. Until my delivery tonight. I forgot to customize. The mixed box (Sprouts) they delivered had 14 potatoes and 8 apples in it….. $35.
They show their boxes have a variety of 8-10 different items. Nope not true! Can use Covid as an excuse.

I will never buy your steel cut oats again!
I like steel cut oats. I have bought Whole foods brand for years when we are near a Whole foods Store. I ran out, and bought your brand from a Hy-Vee store. What a JOKe. I cant believe for one serving in the micro, toy want 1/2 cup of oats, and 2 cups of milk or water. I headed your note of an 8 cup bowl, although i wondered about this. I used a dish that we make soup in to be safe. In the first 5 minute cooking cycle, it boiled over so bad the micro had to be cleaned. During the second cycle, it would boil over in 30-40 seconds. Finally they were done, and i must say they are the WORST steel cut oats I have ever eaten. I threw the majority of the oats away, washed up all the the micro and bowl in hot soapy water (the oats were glued on the pot). After I finish this, I'm throwing the container of your oats away. What a joke, and an black mark for your brand.

I purchased two products one was organic almond butter and the other chai black tea.
Comparing to other brands I have been consuming in last 10 years I found the quality much lower, packaging is nice and inviting but qualities are terrible.
I honestly will not buy any other product from this brand. it seems to be a greedy rip off business.
Great customer service, Terrible product.
I only received one box. It was covered in a green, filmy slime and mold. There were only 2-3 items in the box that were edible. When I went online to cancel, the website tried to charge me to cancel! I called and customer service was very friendly and was able to remove the charge and cancel my box for me, otherwise it would have been a one star review. they have good customer service.

It's funny how everyone knows this place is a joke but they're somehow still in business.
Gotta love modern humans' complete lack of standards when weighed against alleged convenience.

2 sources of advertising imply local grown produce, 2nd delivery included bananas labeled Mexico, discontinued service as unreliable sourced food falsely advertised and sold

It's a nice, small shop. The staff was friendly, but there was just not lot of variety and some of the products (although not all) are more expensive than in other places. And I mean the exact same products.
Superb quality and service
I have ordered Full Circle Farm for many years (since around 2005). They have always been completely reliable and there is very rarely a problem with something missing or quality of food. I am actually shocked that so many have been so complaintive and dissatisfied - I am questioning there motives.

It's worth considering...
They're a great CSA but not one to completely rely on for your week's worth of groceries. The first couple of shipments we received we're perfect and on time but after that we started receiving only 1 of the 2 packages to be delivered. We would have to call every week for them to refund items to our account (which they did) but it was still inconvenient to lose them. Maybe if the deliveries could be relied upon I would have stayed with Full Circle, but after 2 months my wife and I got fed up and cancelled.
